Hi!!!

I have already tried to send this send this set of questions, seems unsuccessfully though... :)

I've been going through some tests and have become puzzled over at some points, so would like to ask for some help...

1. What are you doing ___ Christmas?
a) at
b) on the
c) at the

I'd put "on" here but no articles...

2. I'd like some information ___ cinema.
a) on
b) of

I'd put "on" here but no articles...

Neither choice of answer makes any sense.
Surely there were 3 possibilities!

thanks for the previously given clarifications.

I've got a few more questions... if you don't mind...

1) "i am not happy about the tour for two reasons" - does this sentence sound ok to you?

2) I was ___ Buenos Aires ___ three weeks this summer.
a) in ... for
b) at ... in
c) in ... /

the b) answer is excluded, but I am not 100% sure about the preposition (whether it's necessary or not) in the second part of the sentence...

3) "equator" - does it require definite article or not? e.g. "how many countries are there ___ equator?"
a) at the; b) in c) on the

4) La Traviata is ___ opera ___ Verdi composed.
a) an ... that b) the ... which c) the ... nothing

I appreciate your willingness to help out...
