(c) a little
(d) a few

I can't understand what's wrong with the sentence "I only have some dollars". And by the way wouldn't the sentence "I only have few dollars" be correct as well?

Sorry, but I still can't understand. Is anything wrong with the following sentences?:

I wanted to buy something in the airport shop, but all I had were some dollars and the shops would only accept euros.

I wanted to play the nickel slot machines in Las Vegas, but I did not have any five-cent coins; the only coins I had were some dollars I had won the previous day in the dollar slot machines.
