Why did I usually heard this phrase?
"Don't waste your fiction tears"
I heard this phrase lately in the song "It's Alright, it's okay" by Ashley Tisdale...

However, I don't even know the meaning of "fiction tears".

I'm sure this "tears" are the water coming out of the eyes when you're crying.

Yet, Should it be "fictional" instead of "fiction" in the sentence?

Coz an adjective should be used! Can anyone help me?

It looks like 'fiction tears' is a compound noun that means 'tears that are not real'.

'Crocodile tears' is known idiom, but I have never heard of 'fiction tears'. Is this expression widely used?

No, it is not. The term "fiction tears" is from the lyrics of a pop song.
