You all know quite well that we are here in this web in order to learn the English language. Moreover, learning the English in such a way will increase our knowledge about the culture of each participant here. So, what, according to your opinions, what makes a good discussion here? How can we encourage others to speak and communicate with each other? Is there any special ways or techniques?

I think that there are many ways to do so,but finally it depends on the learner him/herself and his/her desire and ability to communicate.
