or is there any other suggestion

Hello, I'm not a teacher, but I thing there is difference on the meaning of your sentences.

"Annonce" is with the voice (during a meeting for example), published is for writing, in the newspapers, and posted it's the postal invoice.

For me it's depend and what you want to say exactly.
