hi when should i use this word in terms of tenses

"I usually attached the screenshot of the problem or i usually attach???"

Hi,

Both are possible depending on the time of the action as in: I usually attach the screenshot = that's what I do now on a regular basis. I usually attached the screenshot = this is what I used to do but I don't do that now.
