OR
(2)Around my house HAS a very beautiful garden in which is a pool.

Around my house is a beautiful garden with a pool in it.

I guess, it would be better to say " Around my house there is a very beautiful garden with a pool ."

I'd do it like this: There is a very beautiful garden with a pool around my house.

The only problem with that word order is that it suggests that the pool goes around my house.
