Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help. I am taking the CELTA and really enjoying it although I am struggling with a couple of things namely grammer forms. Below are the sentences that I need to identify the forms of and their meaning. In capitals is what I have answered. Any corrections, advice or guidance would be most appreciated!

I was going to phone you yesterday, but I forgot.
SUBJECT+PAST CONTINUOUS OR FUTURE USING GOING TO? INTENTION?
MEANING - AN INTENTION TO DO SOMETHING IN THE PAST THAT STILL HASN'T BEEN COMPLETED??

She must have gone home by now.
SUBJECT + MUST HAVE (modal verb) + PAST PARTICIPLE
MEANING - TO EXPRESS CERTAINTY ABOUT SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED IN THE PAST. E.G. IT SEEMS CERTAIN THAT SHE HAS GONE HOME.

Open the window, will you?
IMPERATIVE + OBJECT+ WILL YOU (question tag)
MEANING - CONDITIONAL SENTENCES. TO TELL OR ASK PEOPLE TO DO THIINGS (interpersonal uses)

I wonder if you'd mind opening the window.
PRESENT SIMPLE + if + WOULD MIND (modal verb) + PROGRESSIVE + OBJECT
MEANING - A POLITE REQUEST

She's phoned 3 times today.
SUBJECT + PRESENT PERFECT
MEANING - SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED IN THE PAST THAT STILL HAS RELEVANCE NOW

She phoned 3 times today.
SUBJECT + PAST SIMPLE
MEANING - AN ACTION THAT WAS COMPLETED IN THE PAST.

Many thanks for your time and help.

SUBJECT+PAST CONTINUOUS OR FUTURE USING GOING TO? INTENTION?
MEANING - AN INTENTION TO DO SOMETHING IN THE PAST THAT STILL HASN'T BEEN COMPLETED-- or will never be completed-- YES

She must have gone home by now.
SUBJECT + MUST HAVE (modal verb) + PAST PARTICIPLE
MEANING - TO EXPRESS CERTAINTY ABOUT SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED IN THE PAST. E.G. IT SEEMS CERTAIN THAT SHE HAS GONE HOME.-- Yes

Open the window, will you?
IMPERATIVE + OBJECT+ WILL YOU (question tag)
MEANING - IMPERATIVE SENTENCE. TO TELL OR ASK PEOPLE TO DO THIINGS (interpersonal uses)- and the tag is a mitigator--it makes it a bit more polite

I wonder if you'd mind opening the window.
PRESENT SIMPLE + if + WOULD MIND (modal verb) + PARTICIPLE + OBJECT
MEANING - A POLITE REQUEST

She's phoned 3 times today.
SUBJECT + PRESENT PERFECT
MEANING - SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED IN THE PAST THAT STILL HAS RELEVANCE NOW-- Yes

She phoned 3 times today.
SUBJECT + PAST SIMPLE
MEANING - AN ACTION THAT WAS COMPLETED IN THE PAST.-- Yes
