I am looking for common used english word in Newsweek. #1 (permalink) Fri Jul 03, 2009 6:19 am   I am looking for common used english word in Newsweek.

Dear friends,

I am Bernardine. I am working with Burmese Refugees in Malaysia. Now I am looking for the words used in Newsweek. I believe those would help my work. I've got a degree in B.A ( English ) from Yangon University of Distance Education ( YUDE ) but till now I can't speak and write English well. Our education system is not very good. Traditional teaching methods are still commonly used in the class in Myanmar, may be because of lack of material support by the Government.

Even Text Books are given to the students around mid of academic Year. Not enough text books for the students for the whole year and not enough material support, not enough school supply, How can a student do well for his/her a academic year ?

Please share my message and support us.

here is my website and blog,
