Help me for listening skill

when i bump into new words , i am confused. Now i still don't know how to improving my bad listening skill. learning idioms is only for some question. how can i feel familliar all words of toefl dialogues

you can find a lot of resources on internet, and you can listen via internet freely. I found useful web sites, wrote belove my favorite web sites. good luck.........
