A girl said this to me: " I will continue to see you as long as you will have me".
I am a bit confused about what she meant. I know that "have me" could mean intercourse, but I hope that's not what she was referring to.

girls, they are kind of difficult to understand, there are to way you could follow. first. she wants you to keep faithful to her. second she wants you to keep her desires i,e materia. whiel you could have her in the best way a man would have a woman like in the Bible to know a woman as firsdt man and woman did.

Kool, do not overcomplicate things. You know at what level of relationship you are with this girl, we (the rest of the forum) do not. We do not even know your age nor this girl's, you might be 14 (sex at this age is hardly legal) or 94 (sex at this age is hardly possible) for all we know. I would not cast aspersion about this girl morals and intensity of her sex life based just on this short statement. Her remark might simply mean that she loves you and is doing to date you for as long as you want to date her.On the other hand, it might mean exactly what Morteza and Joao Fonseca think it means. (Men (especially teenage men) have dirty minds and are often horny.)

We are both in our mid 20's and just started this relationship about 3 months ago.
She didn't have many men, well according to her, but now we mostly have sex, very good sex. But at the same time we like each other's company, so it's not just about sex.
What I asked her before she told me that was something like what she was going to do with me for the next 3 years. Maybe this helps.
Doesn't "have somebody" means also "to possess somebody" ?
I know it's used in songs and poems, but not sure if the meanings are actually similar or not.

Milanya is correct. There is no reference to a sexual relationship inferred. She loves you, and will so long as you love her back.

I would be more concerned at the dating implication. Perhaps she is not serious enough for a longer term relationship, unless sex is part of the deal.

Why don't you just ask the girl? Easy-peasy.

I asked people in this English forum becasue I wasn't sure about te correct meaning of the verb "to have", but it looks like some of the people who answered me are not native speakers. I hoped that more native speakers would answer me.
According to my research "to have" as "having intercourse" is a archaic, but I am still not sure.

Kool, I really think you should ask her what she means by her letter.
Failing that, then it would only be honest to tell her just how you really feel about her and the continuing relationship, even f it means hurting her feelings.
