My Days are four

My days were four: The first day I went out and met someone who is wiser than me, so I learned from him (that was my winning day). The second day I met someone who is less wise than me, so I educated him (that was my reward day). The third day I met someone who is as wise as me, so we learned form each other (that was my knowledge day). The fourth day I met someone who is less wise than me, but he believed he knew more than me, so I avoided him and considered (that day my rest day).

I am looking forwad to hear form the four categories to learn and teach.
