is it like last lesson

so if i am doing lesson 10 that means start with 9 tomarow??

No, it means that tomorrow you should start with track #2.

If you were already working on track #2 today, then it would mean begin wherever you left off in the middle of track #2.
If you finished track#1 today, then start at the beginning of track#2 tomorrow.
