You can have an appointment with your doctor, a date with your lover, and a meeting with your colleague.

Or you can check the meaning of any word in a dictionary.
appointment - an arrangement for a meeting at an agreed time and place, for a particular purpose
date - romantic meeting - an occasion when you go out with someone that you like in a romantic way
meeting - an event at which people meet to discuss and decide things
