| i started rewrite songs, i took a paper and choose nice song. it helps me do less mistake, and i have nice songs' lyrics :D |

Please correct me :
What should people do to stay healthy?
Health is the one of the major fact in our life. It is maintaining is too difficult in the present situation. Because, now people have no time to spent for other activity like preparing foods , walking, bicycling ext.
In my opinion people should be do exercise twice a week and good dieting. Then we have to maintain our health properly. Now, lots of health clubs are available in our society. They are providing diet notes also.
Exercise is the first factor to maintain our health. Walking and running is the good exercise. If we can do proper exercise it is enough to maintain our health. Dieting is second factor to maintain our health. Dieting is depending upon our food condition and nature of our body. If we can do over dieting, it can be affecting negative in our body. That is why, before the dieting everyone should be ask the help to the doctors. Avoid fatty and oil food as much as possible. Avoid huge amount of food to eat in the night time. Go to sleep after 30min. of the food. Sleep only 8hrs per day.
If we can follow these tips, we can maintain our health properly and avoid decease.
