It is possible to see this almost all advanced sentences in different meanings.

Maybe our experts could explain it's usage with examples.

Hello everybody,

When someone asks me “did you receive any fax?”

I answer “not yet”.

Is that answer correct?

When someone is expecting a fax at the moment, the question usually is: "Have you received a/any fax?"- "Not yet".(I haven't received any fax yet):):)
