It's an adjunct and adverbial realized by prepositional phrase

A Glossary of Grammar by Geoffrey Leech
adjunct:
An adjunct is an element which is part of a clause or
sentence in which it modifies the verb (or the verb plus other
elements). Adjunct is another term for adverbial, but its use is
often limited to adverbials which are closely integrated with the
rest of the clause, for example adverbials of time, of place, of
manner, of instrument and so on, as in They then attacked me;
They attacked me in the street; They attacked me fiercely; They
attacked me with knives; and so on. Adjuncts are generally
optional parts of the sentence, but in certain cases adjuncts
cannot be omitted, for example the adjunct of place in She put
the book on the shelf.
