Does anyone know this problem on the TOEFL® scoring?

I have a problem on my scoring screen.

This is the problem


It should say not avaliable but it says cancelled.Why it shows me cancelled.I took Toefl on 27 06 2009 but ı still can not reach my score.Is thıs my fault or toefl fault.I really cant understand and I do not know how can ı solve thıs problem

Most probably at the end of the test you choosed not to report your score.

There is information on the ETS website about canceled scores. Click here:
Canceled scores

In theory, you've already exceeded the deadline for changing your mind about canceling your score. However, there might possibly still be something that can be done. Thus, I would suggest contacting ETS as soon as possible. Do not delay!
