hi , I have some serious difficulties in English. I want to ask what is the use of "yet to"
and "as far as conserned ".I also want to ask a question that is ----
if i complete my course next year how i will say this---
i will be completing my course by next year.
or i would have completed my course by next year.

"yet to"-- This is another way to say 'have not yet': I have yet to pass my driving test = I have not yet passed my driving test.

"as far as [X is] concerned " = with reference to X; in the case of X: As far as Bob is concerned, he does not like my driving skills.

I will be completing my course next year or I will have completed my course by next year.
