Is there any differences between "Does he" and "Does she" when they are pronounced?

For me, it clearly differentiates from each other. You can see the difference by looking it up in a dictionary and you would see 'she' has been pronounced as a seemingly long stressed 's', meaning your tongue has to scroll a lot further in your throat to make the sound. Anyone please give some advice?
