Hi Sir,

I am not good at English grammer. Please someone could explain me, when should i use and difference between below sentences.

case1.
Where are you going ? Where you going.

case2.
Whare are you doing? What you doing.

We say, "Were are you going?" when we're speaking properly, and we say, "Where you going?" when we're not speaking carefully and don't care that our English is incorrect.

The same explanation applies to Case 2.
