I got my results (Electronics and communication - ECE)

I had completed my B.tech (Electronics and communication- ECE) in 2008 with 53% result. Actually I had 22 backlogs which were completed.
percentages: 10th(overall) : 81.9% Engilsh :79% , 12th(overall) : 89.5% English : 79.5%
I wrote IELTS exam on 27th April 2009
and my results are Listening - 9, Reading - 6 , Writing - 6 , Speaking - 5.5

So, what are the colleges courses I can take in Australia. please tell me the month of admission.
I am interested in the course involving "Optical Technoogy"

And tell me the other countries I can consider for joining and colleges and courses provided by those.

It is a nice windy day today. I was undergone deep sleeping througout last night and I got up late . However, I have to reach my school before 8.15a.m otherwise i will caught by the deciplinary teacher. She will give some kind of extra works which one kind of punishment for the late commers. Eventhough I have been studying in this English Collage for the last three years, I have never been late to shool and punished by the deciplinary teacher. Among the collages i have good records. However, If I get ready soon,i will catch the bus and reach on time. But, it is impossible because my room mate is sick i have to prepare soup and eat for her, so,i will be late . If I punished by the teacher It would affect my entire records. Therefore, I deceided to take leave today.Anyway today is a bad day for me.
