I wrote the Toefl test and while I finished my essay before I clicked on the proceed button my time got over , So it suddenly came on the screen that time got over and that it took me to the next page. Would My essay what I typed be graded?

Unfortunately probably not. Very important to pay attention to the time on a timed test as you probably learned here. How did you do on the test anyway?
