Hi Toreston and everyone,

Thanks for God, luckily i managed to found this website. I found this website is very interesting and give me more knowledge in terms of grammar.
My name is hana@aina and i'm from Malaysia and. Does anyone of u ever been to here before? ; ) There's so many awesome places to visit here ; )
Referring to the question that u asked before, I could understand of what Sue Darville is trying to say but due to slang used by overseas people, i need to repeat the recording for 3 times....; (
By the way, may i know what is the difference between understand and understood?
When people i asked me whether i understand one particular topic or not...which word is correct to use?
I understand or i understood?
I admit my grammar is not good. Kindly correct it if i'm wrong.
Thanks you.

Hi,

If someone asks you whether you understand what they have explained, you have two possible replies: Yes, I understand or Yes, I have understood. Both refer back to the question someone has asked.
