Hi! Could anyone please help me pronounce the word "seconds'" in Rudyard Kipling's poem, If? The line goes like this:

If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run -
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man my son!

Thanks in advance!

"If you can fill the unforgiving minute."

Only a runner can really understand the beauty of this line.
