Thank you so much for your quick response, But I think my writing confuse you
In fact, I have not yet applied for any university , also I have not yet contacted my adviser in my current School. I just finish One year MS degree and unfortunately there are no phD offer in school.So, I wanted to send massage for my adviser in my current school to give me (recommendation letter ) to some other university in order to start to contact these universities .
I hope it is clear now. if is is so , please send me another massage asking regimentation from my adviser

Oh, Now I got it. So you are requesting recommendation letters from your professors. Then you can write ;

Dear John( if you know him you can say only John),

I hope all is well. I really appreciate that in our last meeting you indicated interest in writing recommendation letter for me. As you know I am planning to apply for PhD program in ZZZZ University and my research interest is AAAAAA. I have attached my resume and couple of published papers for your reference. I guess my grads, resume and paper indicates my strength and capacity to handle complicated subject like AAAAAA (It reflects your confidence to reader) . Your evaluation is valuable for this process since I was one of your students for two semesters (show connection with professor). I, once again, really appreciate your support and time.
