It seems you have tried the passive form. 1. The first sentence is a variation of, 'Had I known that, I would not have asked you.' and is normally written like this. It is also possible to write, 'If I had known that I would not have asked you.' I have chaged 'it' to 'that.' The first is an improbable condition and the second is an impossible condition. Both are riight in their own situations. |
