Hi Everybody

My real name is Edi from Indonesia. Don't get confused because Cahayatek (my user name) is only an alias.

I heard that many people in both Europe and America were worried about visiting my country after several bombs had exploded in the city of Jakarta and Bali. Our government has been doing its best efforts to investigate and search for the doer, and planner of such bombing.

In this regard, I am happy to share with my ideas both concerning English language problems and others. I am an English teacher for addults, and have found bad and good experience.

Thanks,
Cahayatek

Hi, Cahayatek
I am Iva from Bulgaria, my work is connected with travel and i am very impressed of every thing that i read about your country. I am not worry to visit your country, i will be very happy if i can go there. The vacation in Indonesia is very expensive, but i thing there is a chance to visit Indonesia the days before New Year 2010, what place would you recommend for relaxing vacation in Indonesia and what can we see there.

In Bulgaria the weather in December is so cold - about -10; -15 C and i think is a good idea to go somewhere warm place Smile

Hi Iva

There are many places in Indonesia you can visit.

You have probably known Bali with its beautiful beaches and amazing traditional customs. As you may know, it is in a separate island to the east of Java, where Jakarta the capital city of Indonesia is located.

You may also go to some places like Bunaken National Park in Noth Sulawesi. In that place you can see the natural aquatic living things and animals and enjoy the local food, which I believe is a little strange to your tongue. Don't worry, once you get used to it, you will find it delicious.

Many more places you can find and visit. I suggest that you also visit some places that are not famous yet to enjoy the real beauty of the virgin nature.

Please visit this link: http://www.indonesia-tourism.com

In Indonesia, rainy season starts on October to March while sunny season starts on April to September. However, it is your decision if you are willing to enjoy your holiday on the rainy December. We, Indonesian people, always warmly welcome you, since it is our pleasure to make every visitor (local or international) have good time here.

Warm regards,
Cahayatek from Indonesia

Thank you so much for this useful information. In our travel website recommended Infonesia for New Year vacation, may be because in Bulgaria is very cold in this time and there is no problem if it is rainy or not, when the whether is warmer than that in our country. I donīt now, but i am very happy do meet you in this forum to tell me the right things about my eventually trip in Indonesia.

In the web there is so many websites about the every destination in the world, but it is difficult to find the right one, because when you have no information about one destination, there is no way to know what information is true and useful and what no.
Now, I'm lucky, because you gave me the website, where i can find information and i will be sure itīs true.

You said something about local food - what is the most popular food? Do you recommended local dessert - i like the desserts so much and every kind of delicious food. I think that the most important things when you visit a foreign country are to taste a local food and feel the real atmosphere in the city/country.
