Some people are very organised, while other people are not so organised. Which type of person are you? Support you response with specific examples.

An application form for any type of job always have column for organisation skills. Why is it needed everywhere?Being an organised person, I cast no doubt that organisation helps in saving time, leaving a good ever-lasting impression on others and above all, saving a lot of money.

Firstly, being an organised person, i never run short of time.I have made a time-table for myself in order to get ready and reach office on time.In this way, I am never late to office. In my schooldays, I used to arrange all my books in the book-stand subject-wise, which helped me lot at the time of examinations. This habit of mine, gave me more time to study and score better.

Secondly, organisation helps to leave a good impression on people around us. Being a dental assistant, I always arrange records of patients according to dates. This helps the doctor to recollect any case at the time of need. The doctor is impressed by my habit of arrangement. Moreover, patients visiting the dental clinic also get impressed when they see all the records neatly arranged.

Finally, the habit of organisation has saved me a lot of bucks.I like to make reservations for rental car and accomodations when I plan my trip. In this way,I do not end up paying more on reaching my destination place.

To summarize, I would say, I am a person who believes in building a wall before the flood gushes in my house. This means, organisation and arrangement is always beneficial and helps in crucial situations.

Dear Mr.Kitos,

Good Morning,

Kindly edit this and would like to have your comments - Thanks Hema

I feel it is better to organize before we do something. I would always follow “Think before you ink”.

Before buying some thing my husband & I would first discuss how we would like to go about it, whether we’ll owe from the bank or purchase it by cash. Also we think if we apply for loan how we would repay it and we will think whether the product will be an investment or not.

We will workout our budget and check whether we will be able to repay the loan as an EMI. If yes, then we will finalize and would proceed further to arrange maximum amount by cash and rest we will opt for loan.

In the same way we plan up our vacation too. We will first choose two to three places, study the map, place to visit / sightseeing and it would be for how many days / nights required to completing our journey etc. We will plan up accordingly and workout the budget for it and finally decide the place & the dates to go.

Once we did commit without organizing and we had a worst experience in our life which we still remember it.

So I feel we should first organize. Unorganized matter will always end up in a crisis.

Good morning Hema. Here we go..................

I feel it is better to organize before (doing anything) . I would always follow “Think before you ink”.

Before buying (anything) my husband & I would first discuss how we would like to go about it.
(W)hether we’ll (borrow) from the bank or purchase it by cash.

Also we think if we apply for (a) loan how we would repay it and whether the product will be an investment or not.

We will workout our budget and check whether we will be able to repay the loan as an EMI.
If yes, then we will finalize and proceed further to arrange (the) maximum amount by cash and rest we will opt for loan.

In the same way we plan (for) our vacation too.
We will first choose two (or) three places, study the map, place(s) to visit / sightseeing and (estimate) how many days / nights (are) required to complet(e) our journey etc.

We will plan accordingly and work out the budget for it and finally decide the place & the dates to go.

Once we did commit without organizing and we had (the) worst experience (of) our li(ves), which we still remember.

So I feel we should first organize. Unorganised (events) will always end up in a crisis.

Nice Hema, nice.

Kitos.
