You have the months reversed.

October to June is not possible. ( Especially in the same year.)

I think you have many good things to present. I suggest, 1st note down all your great points or saling points and assemble your resume.
I fall this format: 1) Name,2)contact info 3)Position for which you are applying 4)Summary (your saleing points) 5)Education 6)Awards/achievements/certifications 6)Detain description of your present and past job 7)other skills.
Your summary gives snap shot of your resume. It should be built in a very impressive way so that it will let reader to feel confidence about you and go through your rest of resume.
