How to use Nor. vs Neither and where?

I've confusion, i don't know how to use "neither" and "nor" and where to use it.
please can someone help me?

Use it when two things, actions, etc, are not.

Neither I nor my wife smoke.
I can neither dance nor sing.
I like neither couscous nor halvah.
