A question to muslim women. I'm talking about polygamy... #31 (permalink) Fri Aug 07, 2009 12:51 pm   A question to muslim women. I'm talking about polygamy...

I am sorry,I am not rude I didn`t mean to speak in an impolite way..but acually your question provoked me because there is no doubt about what the answer is going to be.
I don`t have prejudice to your culture too whatever it is but you didn`t ask me about the muslim culture you asked if muslims prefer this or this....
Mabye I answerd in an annoying way because that is enough until when we will still hear about polygamy.
you surprised me when you said that you prefer an experinced woman but its your thoughts and belives and I am not as you said that i arrogate your thoughts all what I`m saying that if you asked for example why there is polygamy in islam that would be ok for me
About driving cars ,sure we can drive cars I have one so where is the problem, but in some way you are right in saudi arabia women are not allowd to drive I myself don`t understand why they can`t, but their husbands don`t give them cars without engines they give them cars with drivers.. maybe the one who told you that was making a joke...but when they are out of saudi arabia they can drive I have some relatives there and when they come here in Syria they drive and we go out together and have fun..do you see that this question didn`t annoy me at all?because I know that media has talked alot about it..

It's OK, Sandy. What is obvious for you isn't obvious for me. That's why I'm asking the question. You see - my answer about virginity was surprise for you but for me it's obvious :-)

Sandy,

You have turned so protective of Islam; it's ok. I am a Muslim too and I know what it's like to have everyone think that I am retarded just because I cover my hair, but there is no need to turn so hostile; SOMEONE was just asking questions and never forget that people are different; that he - according to Islam - is free to choose his own beliefs.

Someone, if you want to know more about Islam- it's interesting to read about other religions; you'd better read a translated Qur'an. I look through The Bible all the time. It gives it credibility to know that you are reading from a holy book.

And I'd love to add one more thing, Prophet Mohammed said that when Islam first emerged, it was estranged, and by the end of time will be a stranger again.

Basma,
