Dude, I am just as stuck as you are. I have exactly same problem, cant concentrate, hate sitting more than 20 mins etc.
Just stroll through the net and find the best online course for you, there are so many of them. I personally find online course better for me. |

they have the summer session course which only last ONE week!! And its pretty cheap too. This probably is the best option u got.
this site helped me out loads, increased my score around 200. hopefully u will get some decent score too
