We were looking for a friend in a huge crowd

Here's the conversation :
Me : What do your friend look like?
Friend A : Well he got eyes and ears

And i want to say something like ~ yea , thats helps cutting it down ?
I knew there's a better phrase to say, but i forgot what is it?

Can anyone help
Any wild guess is good
