I recived this email from one of my friend sister. While reading it I feel somthing it not correct,but could not figer out. Plez it me know

Hi,
I got your email from my brother XYZ who is friends with your sister.
I want to apply for MS & my brother told me you have been through all that process successfully. So I thought I might get some advice from you.
Please Tell me you phone no & preferred time to talk & I will get in touch with you.
