Can I this sentence:
,,Have you finished with the paper yet?''
write as :
,, Have you already finished with the paper?''

Do these two centences mean the same or there is any difference between them?

Thanks!

The first sentence can be a general question, or a frustrated one (if the reader were taking a long time to read the paper).
The second sentence is used to show surprise or astonishment at the speed that the paper was finished.
