Hi,
I can understand bbc or cnn news language easily.I mean their accent and words are comprehensible. But whenever I watch any English movie I can hardly guess what are they talking.Their accent and fast speed makes it difficult to understand.
what to do for it?

Yaa i agree with you. I too face the same difficulty, i think this is because to changing accents in movies of different origin. But if you stick to one of the news channel soon you will gain confidence in comprehending the talk. Its all is matter of practise.

Yes there are many ways to increase your listening skill especially when watching movies.

1. Try to talk with native English speakers or try some voice conversation with your foreign friends, it helps your listening skill to increase.

2. Watch movies frequently. Increase Volume and listen carefully to their conversation.

3. Learn new words to increase your vocabulary. (common problem of understanding the movie is the vocabulary).

-------------

Then practise to catch or understand every sentence in their conversation.

------------- I hope this will help.

Yes, you are right. But be aware of the effect if you often do that.

It decreases your hearing.
