2. can you take this letter to the Post office

what is the different between the following two sentence
1.I'm sorry but I haven't done my homework today

2. I'm sorry but I didn't done my homework today------

The first one is asking whether the person is willing to take the letter to the post office.
The second one is asking whether the person is able to take it.

The difference is that No. 1 is real English, and No. 2 is not.
The verb sequence "didn't done" is not possible in English.
