culture smart or science intelligent?------it's the topic of an English speech competetion. I don't understand it. what is culture smart and what is science intelligent? Will anybody explain it for me in an simple and clear way? thanks.

It is difficult to judge these adjectives without knowing the noun to which they apply. Vaguely, I suggest that 'culture smartness' is the ability to understand, use and react appropriately to the culture/society, while 'science intelligence' is the ability to use data and scientific tools and methods. How they might be related here, however, I do not know.
