Correct answer: (d) interested in

the question can be answered as (c) as well as (d) depending on the circumstances at the time.i.e in case of present careers,or the future careers.therefore both of the the answers should be valid.

Hi,

Thanks for your comment but that wasn't my intention when I wrote the test. Familiar with refers to a knowledge of something but into means following a hobby or activity that is of special interest to you.
