A complete list of TOEFL® topics for the independent Writing and Speaking tasks?

Hello!

I'm preparing for the TOEFL iBT, which I'll take on August 22.

Does anyone know whether there is a complete list of topics for the independent Writing and Speaking tasks? I know that they did have one for the CBT, but I'm not sure about the Internet-based Test.

I also have a question not directly related to the TOEFL. Would it be appropriate to arrange for the results to be sent to the universities that I'm going to apply to before the application process actually starts, or will it be better to have the results sent to them later, in due time?

I suggest you to send the results after you have done the test.
Do not provide ETS with the information for the universities, because if your score is low, you may not want the university to see it
Even though you may have to pay an extra few of $17 or less for the result to be sent after the test, it is much better than sending a score you don't know yet.

About the integreted writing you can find many of them in the Barron's TOEFL book, as well as Longman preparation course for the TOEFL. You probably will find these books at the library.
