Today, many foreign companies invest into VietNam, they build factory, branches, office, building... and they need many employee who can use english in communication. To serve that requiment, students now are teached english in high school and in university. when demanding of foreign investor are increase, english not only use in communicating, that trends student to go over see in oder to get more effective education. Not only english they need to obtain, many things else they must reach so that international certification, student graduated will have more oppotunities to get a job and higher position in both kind of domestic company and foreign company or they may earn more money in the same position. In sample explanation, that just only the cause and effect of investment in study, if You pay the more money for attend to international school, the more money you will get back.
For my opinion, the money pay for employee must be deserved their effort. They spend a great of money to deal with many difficulty in foreign country such as fee for accomodation, eating, transport, and almost for tuition. No body can help them. So that they go to be brave and talent to get over all of that things. for all that reason, they must earn more money in their career.
In the other hand, process of teaching in VietNam may not serve the require of recruitment. Some soft skill are deducted. For instant, the activities in high school often are cut off for supporting more time to study math. But in fact, these activities out door can help pupil develop there ability in work in team, get friends, and manage trouble in their life after. Because of that thing, many posibility families bring their childrend to english education for international high school.
Going over sea to get more effective process of education may be a good chance for student who want to succeed in life after. During the time in over sea, life in there will teach them the major of things. They live in multiple racial society, that teachs them how to deal with different culture how to communicate with them, make freinds, working with. There, with traditional education, sensitive teachers, good inferstructures that can make the potential environment to get study, research, and get job. Beside, they must be suitable for some disadvantages such as far school, expensive fee, and some time life style may be gain your study. If they can get over all that things to be a talent person, the will get the key to well success.
Get international education my be a good choice for student, but it is really a demanding job for who want to be a talent man. Many challenges are waiting for study abroad students and many great position are available for potential man. That alway tempt students in VietNam get over sea.
