HI Raja! How are you doing? I am Elmer. Raja we have the same problem.I also find it hard to speak English but my grammar is good. What I always do to improve my speaking ability is to practice reading at loud for 30 minutes every day. Then, tell someone else what you have read or you can even do it by yourself. In that we you can't only imrove your pronunciation, articulation and grammar but you can also enhance you communication skill.This might be hard or boring for some times but if get used to it, you will amazed by your rapid progress.
I always visit some websites other than this that could help me attain my English fluency.I want you to visit youtube.com because there is a lot of free English courses and exercises. Let's see for instance, if you want to learn the correct pronunciation of some English words or vowel sounds, just type in the key word "vowel sounds".If you want to improve your articulation just type in the key word "how to improve articulation".
Tongue twister is also a great help. Enjoy trying it. There is lot of fun.
Watch English movies.....Hope you learn how to speak English fluently at a short period of time.
