If I could only turn the clock back, back to the days when I was so young.
To relive those days gone by, when I was young and thought that I could touch the sky.
To touch once again the faces of loved ones, oh so long gone. To hear their laughter and to hold their hands.
To see the love in their eyes, and dry the tears that we shed at the passing of another.
Our lives were very simple then, and our needs so few, only to be together as a family. But now all is gone and so very few remain, and the demands of the world are never-ending.
If only I could turn back the hands of time, but no-one ever can. So, enjoy your lives my young friends, for the years slip by so very quickly, and before you realise what has happened, they are gone
Love each other, and hold your family close, for they are all you will ever have.
They are your greatest treasure and of lasting value.
Never go to sleep with an angry thought, because it may be the last one you ever have, and it will travel with you through eternity.
