The basic TOEFL® word its very difficult to understand...

Hellow every one
I will have toefl test after 1 week and i have problem in the vocabulary section
the type of the questions
give me a complex word and 4 choices for the meaning
i understand all the choices but the basic word its very difficult to understand
i just need your advice and if you know any books , sites , or something
like that , it will help me
