Some people like to do only what they already do well. Other people prefer to try new things and take risks. Which do you prefer?

There are certain considerations or factors that everyone should takes into account in work preference. People may work for money, carrier growth, and satisfaction. Some work for to keep busy their self or to achieve their dream. Putting them in order according to their importance however can be very easy to determine.

When someone asks him/herself the question "what do he/she consider to be the most important thing in own work preference?"The answer depends on a lot of factors such as work pleasure.

After stating that everyone's opinion can be different about this, for me I would like to do only what I already did well. I would wish whatever I am going to do should be perfect. There is no doubt that I would like to bring new thing in my work. To make my work to more excellent I can apply new experiments’ in my same work. Work is fun for me. More awesome work I will do more I will get appreciation. This is the key of my work.

I am the type of person who can’t get bored by doing same thing. I like to do more and more same work. Doing same task gives me lots of experience. This helps me to give excellent idea's to other.

It is also depend on you job. What type of job you doing? If you are doing the job in which you are very much interested, you will never get bored. so loving the work which you are doing is very much important. You can stick with the same work for long time.

In my instance, I did my degree in telecom field. I did my job for four years in same area. Now I am looking to complete my masters in Telecom field even I have so many other options. I love this telecom field very much and looking to continue with this.

Although risk taking spirit and trying new things, can make you or break you. As that clocking in and out on the job would not only hurt the organization but would be just plain boring for them. Intangible drive, a subtle gear enables you to shift into the passing lane from time to time in their organization without taking risk of new Job or task. By swim with the current potential in same water can make you growth engines for the future. Therefore working on the same thing which you can do well would be my first concern.
