Hello everyone

I'd like to ask what "on the spot" means in the following context (from a book of a spiritual healer):

The Big Way is extremely simple. Do not search for complicated ways for healing, blessing, transformation, and enlightenment. The simplest way is the best way. What I am teaching and offering is the soul way—the divine soul way—for healing, blessing, transformation, and enlightenment. From A to B, make a straight line. Do not turn around and around to get from A to B. Enjoy divine simplicity and creativity in this book.
What is a Divine Soul Transplant? It is divine creation on the spot. The Divine preprogrammed these Soul Transplants in special paragraphs in this book and downloads them to you at the moment you read these paragraphs.

I looked this expression up in the dictionary, but I'm not sure I understand correctly the intended meaning.
