Dear Sir,

I regret to inform you that my computer is not working properly. Because of this, essential office work is being hampered. I would like the IT Department to look into this matter and fix the problem. I would also like to request an upgrade of computer memory for the machine.

The current specification is:
Microsoft Win XP version 2002 SP2 computer
Intel (R)Pentium -4
CPU 3.20 GHz, 3.19 GHz,
RAM 512 MB

I hereby request that this work be carried out as soon as possible, and hope your will give your kind approval forthwith.
Thank you.
