Hi, My kind teachers:
Could you tell me why:"under no account" is used here instead of "on no account"?. I looked up in cambridge dic., only on no account is explained.

It seems to be an error in our input, Hoamuahe. Thank you for letting us know. We will fix the answer sheet.

Hello Mr. Torsten Daerr,

Subject: English Language Proficiency Tests, Advanced Level
ESL/EFL Test #649 "Prepositional Phrases - In, On, Out and Under (22)", question 9

Today (October 25, 2011), I have taken this test and the result still showed “Under no account” rather than ”On no account”, which is the correct answer.

In 2009, Mister Micawber highlighted that “Under no account” seemed to be an input mistake when he responded to Hoamuahe ‘s post. However, since then, no changes have been made.

Here is an excerpt from Mister Micawber’s reply:

Unfortunately corrections are not being picked up at the moment:
Why test errors are not being corrected.
