Dear teachers,

Could anyone distinguish one word from the other in each pair above for me, please? What is difference between them in each group? What is difference if I say.

I start to learn English from now vs I start to learn English from now on.

I'll do it later vs I'll do it later on

Thanks

KK

I think the 'on' is merely an intensifier. Of course, sometimes they cannot be used in the same way: 'sooner or later, everyone wins'.
